If you are a registered customer at LaiseDesign.com you can also track your shipment from the MyAccounts section.
|My order never arrived.|
|Please confirm that your tracking information states that the package was delivered.
Contact UPS to see who signed for the package. ( All of our packages require signature upon delivery.)
If this doesn't resolve the issue - you can place a complaint with UPS and please notify me of your tracking number and complaint number.
