Has my order shipped?
  You will receive an email with a tracking number, when your order has shipped
How do I track my order?
  Click on the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If you are a registered customer at LaiseDesign.com you can also track your shipment from the MyAccounts section.
My order never arrived.
  Please confirm that your tracking information states that the package was delivered.
Contact UPS to see who signed for the package. ( All of our packages require signature upon delivery.)
If this doesn't resolve the issue - you can place a complaint with UPS and please notify me of your tracking number and complaint number.
